Mission

Once upon a time there was a world that was eating itself.

A world that offered an opportunity of life more comfortable , easier to satisfy the old world know, supplanting the habits of rural life and relegating them to nothing more than the folklore of the times that were, destined to get lost with heroic stories and even tragic of the generations that have preceded.

That world was starting to convince that with the speed and power of its technology was the right instrument to answer every problem and every ambition of men and women, governing a system of economic and social relations very complicated and attractive like the one that came to be created.

That world seemed to shrink and sometimes even cancel each other, even time and space, exorcising two ancient obsessions of the human being.

We were doing everything so fast, producing, buying and consuming , according to needs that that same world decided, and everyone, in every part of the globe, were certain to always have in their pockets the control of this complicated system.

We could produce and buy everything,  without limits, because the market of the country was replaced with a market as big as the earth.

To say the truth, a lot were talking about protection of the environment, protection of biodiversity, short supply chains, eco-sustainable productions, critical consumption but even if their words were listened, it was easier and convenient to follow the street that was already traced.

It didn’t happen all in one day, and it’s hard to establish when it first started, the fact is that one day men finally sensed what they have been stepping on every day was their real only wealth left to them and that that world was starting to show its cracks from every part you looked.

So, to start seriously to respect the nature for the many benefits and progresses it gave us and that could still give us, the occupants of the earth decided it was time to change habits, being to listening to their own voice and the ones of their kind, to breathe, to walk and to eat in such a way that their heartbeat and the nature that surround it twill turn at the right pace.

And they received an immediate benefit, noticing that the many sacrifices they worried about became surprisingly new energy, returned to the earth and its many fruits.

We are from this men and women, to offer our little contribution for this change, with the experience matured for passion thanks to family traditions forwarded for more than a century, respecting the vocation of the territory, climatic characteristics, and ancient and virtuous cultivation methods for environment and human being.

This is the challenge that we accepted, to project these customs never abandoned in the new world that will come, where agriculture and nutrition will come back to follow the rhythm of the seasons, to be sustainable for environments, to respect biodiversity, to develop with productive processes established on low mechanization, pointing on cultivations that adjust theirselves to the characteristics of the ground and not the contrary.
