Respecting the philosophy of our company which is based on respect for natural growth cycles, in the summer periods we produce quality vegetables without using any kind of chemical fertilizers, favoring the cultivations that are best suited for the characteristic grounds season by season.

Our offering basket is not immutable, but zucchini, pumpkins, eggplants, tomatoes, red and black cabbage, and even sweet potatoes, daikon (Japanese radish) are products long available from June to October.

In addition, in limited quantities, we produce borlotti beans and from last year the famous crusche bean Pietrasanta from which synergy with corn gave positive comparisons bringing to light an ancient form of cultivation typical of local agricultural traditions.
