Olive tree is without a doubt a predominant vocation in the surrounding territory: all the local productions are worthy for the final quality of the product, considering the fabulous morphological and climatic conditions that make Massarosa famous for this extraordinary plant.
Olive tree represents a symbol of the territory itself, an absolute excellence for Mediterranean diet, an ingredient that is hard to replace that for for flavor and properties are really appreciated sought in all the kitchens in the world.
It’s even for this that our family is bringing on for decades with simple and traditional methods the various pieces of land which are placed in different hillsides of the valley: the harvest is done by hand and with cold pressing, the result is an extravirgin oil of excellent quality that we offer with a small scale production which, however, we intend to expand by recovering the many olive groves abandoned near our surrounding.
